If you want to track the progress of a class action lawsuit or settlement you’ve seen on Top Class Actions, simply click the “Follow Article” button at the top of the post!

Click this button, located at the top of every article, to receive case updates!

In order to follow an article, sign up for a free TopClassActions.com account. The article will then be added to your list of Followed Articles located in your Member Center.

Each time new information has been added to an article you have followed, you will receive an email alert. These alerts will notify you when:

  • The status of a settlement has changed from Open to DeniedApproved, or Closed.
  • The settlement as been Paid.
  • An Article Update with more information has been added to the article. This includes any court orders that we’ve learned about, the status of settlement check distribution, and more.

Don’t want to receive email alerts any more? Simply remove the article from your list of Followed Articles.
